Impact Heroes is a leadership and accelerator initiative created by Earth Company to support emerging social and environmental changemakers across the Asia-Pacific region.

Through mentorship, funding, strategic support and global partnerships, the program helps purpose-driven leaders scale initiatives addressing some of the region’s most pressing challenges, including education, sustainability, healthcare, poverty and community resilience.

Uncommon Kind and Vila Akashia Uluwatu help these change makers navigate the realities of leading impact-driven organisations through regenerative leadership mentoring on what it takes to create scalable, locally grounded solutions in complex environments.
